Dr. Matt Paden is President & Managing Partner of Great Days Leadership, where he equips leaders and organizations to grow with purpose, integrity, and impact. A seasoned executive, consultant, speaker, and coach, Matt brings a principled, practical approach to leadership and organizational development. With over 20 years of leadership experience and a doctoral degree in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University, he has led teams, shaped strategy, and taught on topics such as organizational change and culture, values-based leadership, and team effectiveness. His mission is to ignite purpose, service, faith, and leadership in others. He and his wife have two children and live in Franklin, TN.

Dr. Rachel Goode is an experienced educator with 17 years in both public and private school settings, including 8 years as an administrator. She has served as a teacher, Instructional Specialist, and Upper School principal, consistently focused on building strong school cultures and supporting educator growth. Dr. Goode earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb University and is excited to continue her work in education by helping school administrators navigate the complexities of their roles. Dr. Goode is also a wife and mother of two, who values faith, family, and lifelong learning.

Scott Smith is the Founder and CEO of Enable Resource Group, an IT services firm with a mission to Change Lives by Serving Those Who Serve. With over 30 years of leadership experience across startups and nonprofits, Scott began his career as a trial attorney before leading and co-founding multiple tech ventures. Known for building strong cultures and mission-driven teams, he brings clarity, vision, and relational depth to every role. A compelling speaker on leadership, culture, and change, Scott equips leaders to grow, inspire, and multiply their impact.

Stan Lowery, Chief Operating Officer at Enable Resource Group, brings over 30 years of leadership experience spanning corporate, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. With a strong background in operations, HR, and organizational leadership, he helps organizations align culture with mission and lead with clarity. A two-time startup partner, Stan combines entrepreneurial insight with a practical, people-centered approach. Known as a trusted advisor to leaders and boards, he excels at clarifying complex challenges and equipping both emerging and seasoned leaders to navigate growth and lead with lasting impact.
