Leadership Core Groups will not only deepen your knowledge and skill base-you'll be in an environment with other leaders who do what you do. Our values-driven core principles give each participant a strong foundation for leading yourself and others.
Learn in a Core Group with others in your discipline, or mix it up with leaders from all levels and areas. Your Core Group facilitator and coach will bring out the best in each participant and leverage the group’s collective knowledge, expertise, and experience to provide the right environment for growth.
Why Leadership Core Groups?
Leadership Core Groups are designed to help provide leaders with a values-based and principled approach to better leading themselves, their teams, and their organizations. You’ll address real-time leadership challenges as a group while you process and learn together through a facilitated conversation that is organized and efficient yet full of depth and insight. You’ll address organizational issues and topics that Core Group members see in their work along with our Core leadership principles curriculum. Throughout the program, Core Group members also have the opportunity to spend time with their facilitator and coach in a series of one-on-one sessions to discuss their Working Genius assessment and other items usually involved with our one-on-one executive coaching sessions.
Who Are Leadership Core Groups For?
Leadership Core Groups are designed for current or prospective leaders seeking to develop their skills, appreciate accountability, and know that they need an extra “push” to move forward. Core Groups are designed to allow you to choose a group with people from similar professional backgrounds or with a diverse set of professionals from a variety of industries. We have groups designed for executive level leaders and for those who are new to leading or managing a team. We also have a special series of groups for those that have high potential and are emerging as a leader of significance in their organization or industry.
Some organizations will enroll team members in a LCG as a part of their organization’s leadership development program, while others enroll for personal investment and growth. You can experience both virtual and in-person groups.
